Bookings can be paid for by Bank Transfer, Cheque, or by Credit/Debit card via

Paypal Email Invoice.

Booking Terms

All prices are per week, Saturday to Saturday.

*Short stays and alternative start days may be available on request.

25% deposit required to confirm booking; balance is payable by 6 weeks before start of the booking.

N.B. In the event of cancellation monies paid are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-let for that period when 90% of the total booking fee will be refunded.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your costs if you have to cancel or abandon your holiday for any reason.

A cheque for a refundable breakage bond of £50 will be required with final booking amount. This will not be cashed and will be refunded in full upon a satisfactory inspection of the holiday let at the end of the holiday period. The bond cheque will then be returned by post.

Sorry we do not take ‘Party’ bookings for such occasions as ‘Hen’ or ‘Stag’ parties.

Amenities

Welcome basket, bed linen included, towels included, central heating, gas and electricity all included, iron & ironing board, cots and high chairs available on prior request, payphone, off street parking. Use of extensive outside decking areas and gardens including BBQ. Excellent walking on the doorstep.

As we live in a neighbouring cottage in Winster we are usually always at hand or only a phone call away to help with any questions you may have during your stay.
