Booking Terms

All prices per week, Saturday to Saturday.

Xmas & New year breaks run Monday To Monday.

*Short stays and alternative start days may be available on request.

25% deposit required to confirm booking; balance payable 6 weeks before start of the booking.

N.B. In the event of cancellation monies paid are non-refundable unless the cottage is re-let for that period when 90% of the total booking fee will be refunded.

We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your costs if you have to cancel or abandon you holiday for any reason.

A refundable bond of £50 will be taken on booking. This will be refunded in full upon a satisfactory inspection of the holiday let at the end of the holiday period. The deposit will then be returned by post.

Large groups can book both cottages together to sleep a maximum of 11 people and 3 Infants.

 

Sorry we do not take ‘Party’ bookings for such occasions as ‘Hen’ or ‘Stag’ parties.
